Most of our pieces can be personalized with a name, monogram, initials, or other embroidery details. Personalization options will be listed on each product page.

How should I enter a name or monogram?

Please enter your personalization exactly as you’d like it embroidered, including capitalization and punctuation. For monograms, we’ll follow the format shown in the product listing.Typical monograms are: first LAST middle

Can I see a proof before my order is embroidered?

Of course! There is an additional $3 charge for proofs on listed products. For custom orders, we provide a proof before stitching.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each piece is embroidered specifically for you, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be made before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! We do have a rush fee for next day shipping. If you need something by a specific date, reach out before placing your order and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized pieces. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
